You need to make a post that people understand first. Use periods, commas, and other grammatical things in the English language.

Not trying to be an ***, but you'll get better results if you do the above...

Definatly helps. Not sure what your problem might be, I do know that a y7 fuel rail and injectors is perfectly fine to use with the y8 itm. Good luck

sounds like you mixed up the injector wiring.. maybe plugged 1 into 2 and 2 into 1

is the idle jumping?

i have y8 IM on my y7 and i used the y7 rail and injectors with stock y7 FPR

also why did you switch ecu's and what ecu?

What injectors are you using? What ecu are you using? What intake manifold are you using (auto or manual), what throttle body are you using (auto or manual), stock fuel rail and FPR will be fine. If your sure its 1 and 2 then switch those wires.

Crank
Brn
Red
Blu
Yel
Dist.

Look that over.

if you are only swapping IM then you dont need an EX ECU. That ecu and iacv fix should have only been done if you were doing a mini-me swap. you need to swap your iacv back to the three wire setup and reuse the y7 throttle body, just take the spring plate off the y8 throttle body and put it on the y7 throttle body, then you can hook the throttle cable into it correctly. you shouldn't have any problems after that.

Yea you gotta ditch the ex ecu, thats whats giving you major problems right now.

this is what i did

you cant do the iacv fix if your using a DX motor.. and the EX ecu is gonna throw codes if not used with a vtec motor

i used my y7 t/b with y8 spring that way i could us my DX ecu

id check over the the injector wiring again make sure they are in right order.. put the DX ecu back in and put the wiring back to 3 wire iacv with the dx t/b

well if you didnt have any CEL before doing the I/M swap you should have any after

and if your using a EX ecu it would throw knock, vtec sol and vtec oil CEL's

the DX ecu will throw one for iacv if you did the 2 wire change
