Hey guys,

I had a friend ask me to do an 94 H22 swap into his 96 Auto Accord. The H22 is auto as well and he wants to keep it that way. He already bought the conversion harness and I feel confortable with extending a few wires for the harness.

I do not know much as far as mounts and axles. Anything I need to know?

I did research on a 5 Speed swap but I am wondering how different this may be.

Please help...

 

it's the exact same as a 5 speed swap...you need to use either the h22 axles or the accord axles, but no mixing and matching...as for the mounts, it's also the same as the manual conversion...the h22 tranny uses all the same tranny mounts...it's just the driver's side engine mount from the h22 needs to be modified slightly...hope that helps...
