got pulled over and got 2 citations, cvc 27156 and cvc 27153
modified emissions and black smoke (it was dirt on my bumper!!)
so i hadda go to the referee yesterday in san diego at the local college
wat a experience...
1. take to long
2. do a little to much snoopin around the car
3. smog check (y not just go to a test center?)

anyways in the end case got dismissed payed 10 bucks, lol

 

dam that sucks at least it was dismissed

 

God damn, all that trouble and they only made ten bucks out of ya..That's good to hear. I'm so glad I moved out of Cali. It seems you can even get dicked for having "back off" yosemite sam mud guards on your civics over there.

 

well i hadda change my car back to stock the night before which took a little to long, ha. then my whole day was gone for that ticket crap, about hour and half at referee place then around 4 hours at the court house waiting for my name to be called so i can show proof i fixed everything and passed smog.... though it was pretty funny hearing the things people would say to the judge
some lady kept saying traffic school for a seat belt vialation, ha and the judge kept sayin seat belt vialation doesnt count as points so its a waste but the lady wanted traffic school for no reason... ? anyways they like takled for 20 minutes about fkin seat belt vialation

 

it's just part of living here in california. you've got to pay to play. obey the emissions laws, play by the rules, and you'll be fine. glad to hear it was dismissed. should you ever have to go back, keep all of your ducks in a row and you'll be fine.
