Been there, done that with the paint and not going that route again

I have 2 new panels that were from my EX when Best Buy scratched mine while installing an alarm. Anyhow, I am wanting to dye my interior or at least a lot of the smaller parts >> door handles, ac trimming, vents, etc.....

Anyone have any experience with dyeing the interior?

Where can I get this stuff from? Will it fade easily or pretty much permanent? It won't chip, right?
