I figure I would throw an ad out here and see if there is any interest:
2003 SV1000 (blue, the fastest color) purchased new with 1 mile on the odometer in July 2006. They are a rare naked sportbike made only in 2003 and 2004.
V-twin, tons of torque, low insurance costs, a real sleeper, 108 hp stock per Suzuki papers
Its pretty much brand new, hasnt been redlined yet. I shift at about 5500 per owners manual
It has about 200 miles on it. I changed the oil at 150 miles using valvoline motorcycle specific oil and a genuine suzuki filter. The magnetic drain plug had no shavings which I was impressed with.
Here are the mods:
- Aztec8 Streetfighter dual 8" chrome headlights (have stock lights)
- Clear Alternatives LED tailights with turn signals (smoked version)
- Fender eliminator kit (have stock shovel and signals)
- Motrax LED front micro-arrows
- New blue Suzuki seat cowl
- New UK market seat cowl bum pad
-Handy Industries bike stands (front still new, rear used 3 times so far for cleaning)
Asking price: $6300 for the bike the way its pictured. With parts, I can make up a package price based on what all you would like!
Here is some extra parts which I can sell with the bike for extra...
- Suzuki Carbon triple tree trim
- Suzuki carbon gas cap trim
- Corbin front AND rear seats with carbon leather and blue piping (Front seat has less than 50 miles and rear seat has 3 miles of riding, if that)
- Buell pegs modified to work with the lower corbin seat
- New CRG mirrors
I have the title in hand! Warranty card, etc etc.

Everybody knows red is the fastest color...duh...haha...j/k.
Bump for a local.
Do you have any pics...that would help it sell.

Thanks!
With all the other parts listed, it would make a badass streetfighter, thats what I was building, but wife and I bought an EJ6 hatch instead, so the bike needs to go
I think it will look good with the SM bars and bar end mirrors. Your duc will look good with those mirrors too - I have the poor man's ducati
