i have a 92 honda acord and for some reason it wont idle down it atles about 2grand and then it will fall to 1500 and just keep jumpin up and down what could that bee

 

coolant full & block burped thru the 12mm bleed screw at the T-stat?
FITV might need to be screwed down a couple turns.
Did some dufus jack the throttle cable too tight? should have a little slack in it.
Lastly you can unplug the IAC and check that the idle drops when it's unplugged; it might have gotten stuck open from years of crud build up.

 

where can i find all that stuff and no the cable dose have slack in it
