Default Looking for $60 tires for a friends 99 Mustang. All season suggestions?

A buddy of mine needs tires for his V6 Mustang. Tire size is: 205/65-15. His limit is $60 a tire. Mounting and balancing and that fun stuff is going to be taken care of.

Its a RWD car...and he lives in NJ so he will encounter snow. Doesnt need to be a performance tire of any sort, just a good all around all season.

It'll be a set of four.

Ask on a Mustang forum. There are lots of them out there...

Well...its not really a mustang specific question. I could've just said "RWD east coast car needs all season tires" and asked for someone to pick the best under $250 for all four.

And you could've just said that on a Mustang forum. Where people are more familiar with the Mustang, the tire sizes it needs, etc. (Tire sizes ARE specific to different models of car, and the "best" tire depends on the tire size.)
