ok just a quick question, does a ecu in a honda have to be grounded in order to work proplerly. was thinking of relocate it in to top of dash under air bag slot, so by unbolting and just mounting it in dash . will it cause a problem.

There are no external grounds on the ECU that I know of. The ground for the ECU is in one of the pigtails. That being said, you should have no problems mounting it under the dash and if you do have problems, just run a ground from the ECU to the bracket in the passenger kick panel to ground it.
