less power and "airey" noise

hey so lately when im driving it feels like i have like no power at all and my engine sounds i guess airey like it has no power. could it b my intake or what? all i have is a ebay cold air intake. what do u guys think is the problem

Have you checked all of your hoses and etc. for any leaks?
