Stock F23A1 VTEC crossover RPM?

At what RPM does the F23A1's ECM engage the high lift lobes from the factory?

EDIT: Nevermind, I was able to find it. 2300-3800 rpm.

Well, it's variable (dependent on the throttle position).

...but at times it does engage as low as 2300 rpm...
