CEL from egr on skunk2 manifold h22

CEL from egr on skunk2 manifold h22
I need to know how to clear cel for good from the blocked off egr on my skunk2 intake manifold for H22. Everything is hooked up like factory and i have reset the ecu three times. If you know any tricks beside switching to obd1 I would appreciate it.
