I have a 93 Honda Accord Ex coupe and when I opened my hood and now the damn thing will not close and the latch you pull to pop the hood seems to be stuck open as if the cable is off? but I'm not sure how to fix this PLEASE some one help.

 

Grab the latch and try to move it, or shove down at the pivot point to see if it will move. be sure the latch 'hoop' on the hood is lining up
