Default hot JDM spots in Osaka?

Yeah, so I know it's not exactly an Integra related question but this is the forum I'm always in anyway so I'll just ask. It's not as though the topic title is misleading.

This Thusday I am going to be in Osaka, Japan, and wanted to know if there are any good spots there where I can find nice cars. I'm sure there are, as Osaka is a pretty well off area, but this is my first time to Japan and will only be there 3 days (also visiting Kyoto and Nara).

If anyone knows of any shops/garages I should see, or can tell me of race / drifting scenes at night (even if it's a little ways from Osaka) I would be very grateful. Directions if at all possible, or landmarks would be helpful of course.

Unfortunately I won't be able to make it out to Tokyo this time around, but hopefully I can see some nice JDM cars and some wacky t-shirts.

I'll post pic links when I'm back next week.

You should post this in GDD, you would get a better response there. Theres some people who already posted thier questions about shops in japan and thier visit. You can search for it or post there.

thanks to you guys for reasonable responses. I did post in GDD, and got pretty much bullsh*t for answers from smartasses. I'd rather receive even answers like this. I might try to check out autobacs.

hmm I dunno if this helps. but I was in a small suburb outside Kyoto for a little bit. Called Seta in the Shiga prefecture aka "ken"

if you know some japanese it will help alot. get a rail pass asap. it is like 200 something for a week but you can ride anywhere almost on the JR lines. It even includes the Shinkansen "bullet train" I took it to tokyo for two consecutive weekends. normally a one way ticket is $150. but the rail pass lets you on for free. but pay close attention there are some trains you cannot ride on. like the smaller privately owned subways that branch off the main JR lines. and there are some Shinkansens you cannot ride on. something about assigned seating.

Seta has a lot of car dealerships and a Super autobacs. it is about a 45 min subway ride from osaka. but i dunno if you want to make that trip just for some car dealerships and a Super autobacs.

I was in tokyo in 12/04, for about a month. I walked around a lot and saw a bunch of bad *** cars, but I regretted not seeing some drifting, or some street touges. I hope you get to do that.
