Default What brand DOT 3 Brakefluid for itr

Hello guys im new to this and wondering on something. What would you guys recommend for best compatible DOT 3 brake fluid.Sorry if this is a noob question i am new. I would also like to know what DOT 3 brake fluid you guys use. Thanks

Honda sells brake fluid that will work.

If you would like something with a little more bawlz to it.... try 'ATE - Super Blue'.

i dont know what brand fluid is in the reservoir now. should i drain it and replace with new fluid or is it ok to just add this fluid straight in? thank you in advance.

it might be the original fluid.... just suck most all of it out then top it up and bleed.

Are you mechanically inclined? If not there is an awesome shop with smart peebles in the Orlando area. Little bit of a hike but the the peace of mind that someone competent is working on ur car is worth it!!!

If it's just for street use, any good quality DOT 3 or DOT 4 fluid is fine.

If it's for track use, you'll want to get the fluid with the highest boiling temperatures available. You can see a list of boiling points in this topic. Dry boiling point is relevant when the fluid is fresh out of the bottle. Wet boiling point is relevant after the fluid has been in the car for a while and had a chance to absorb moisture.

I use Motul RBF 600, much higher boiling points than most other fluids (it actually meets DOT 5 boiling point minimums, but it doesn't have the downsides of silicone-based DOT 5 fluid).
