so i have been taking my stuff apart while my car is down, and i did my axles tonight. i took them apart to re-grease, and they were not what i expected. i thought they were stock b series axels..... well, i dont have a clue what they are...can someone help please?!

they say ARI on the tabs...

they look like oem replacments.

 

the ends wont come off tho?!?! i thought the outers were just supposed to slide off. i have never seen OEM replacements that look like this.... im used to just the 3 ball things, not like a million lol

 

They are probably just an aftermarket stock replacement like a NAPA or the like.

every company is different i guess. why would want to re-grease them? did the boot break? if not, they are fine the way they are.

 

yea, the boot broke. why cant i pull them apart. im trying to use them to build my k axels.....

k axles? from a bseries? are they even compatible? and as cheap as axles are, why not just go and buy some. something like axles i wouldn't play with and try to rig something up. leave it to the professionals. especially since you don't really know what type axles they are.
