ecu pin ripped out ......help
I have a obd 1 harness in a 92 eg w/p28
In B plug harness.
a yellow/black wire got pulled out.
i think it is a1-a2
would that cause vtec to no work proplery. cause vtec stopped working. and got a 1000 rpm at idle, with ac on- or off?
I ecu pin is still lodge in harness and wire is exposed. how could i fix problem

Tape it? I don't get what you are asking. Do you just need to cover the exposed wire? If so then electrical tape should do it.

ok is there any pin that is not used in which i could use to re pin ecu harness, such as remove un/used pin and wire. and cut it off, solder and heat shrink un use wire.
then with the cut piece of wire. solder to wire that is ripped blk/yel...... heat shrink tape and problem solved i hope.
so can you let me know what wire in my ecu harnes that is not used.. that i could remove?
