For sale: ~~~BRIDE BRIX II SEAT~~~NOTHING FAKE HERE~~~ *updated with pics*
I have a real deal Bride Brix II seat. I am stationed in Japan, bought the seat from a friend who picked it up when he was up for the Tokyo Auto Salon a few years ago.
Condition:
Its not mint, but not ragged out either. Perfect for HPDE or Street car, not a show peice. It does have one small hole in it, about the size of my penkie finger tip. It does need to be cleaned up, a steam cleaning would make this thing look new again. Only other thing with it, I made my own mount for it so I cut the fabric on the bottom of the seat, you will never see it, doesnt effect it in any way shape or form...just wanna be honest with the buyer, and its got some flux core madness on it as well. (can easily be ground off, again, doesnt effect the seat at all) Ohh yeah, one more thing to be honest, one of the bolts on the bottom of the seat is stripped past like the 4th or 5th thread. I used a couple of washers, it held just fine, I used the seat in gymkhana/auto-x and it held just fine, again just wanna be honest.
The seat looks very good, its still very comfortable, it doesnt stink (although I did rip a few good ones in it) I dont smoke, neither does my buddy who had it before, no dogs, cats, hamsters, gerbils nothing, no hair, cat ****, dog ****, nothing. Clean frickin seat.
Why am I selling it:
Im selling it because its too small for me. Its not made for a typical white boy, 6'3" 215-220#. If you read on the bride seat even they claim they are not responsible for anything with the seat if the user is over 220#.
