what is the best coil spring for civic 91.What do you think about toucan reactive coil over.

If you are talking about Coilover conversions there are really only 2 choices I would go with, and one other in a pinch.

Ground Control
OPM motorsports (sell custom racecar stuff for 84-91 Civic CRX and others)
Skunk2 (I have em and they suck, mostly)

Any others a F#(%ing joke. Even/especially Ractive.
Twice as important would be what shocks are you getting? Are you going to actually want to drive the car?
