Before I hit the road
Well, still waiting on my damn title so I can go get my license tag so I can actually drive my car and practice driving a stick. (My launches suck).
Untill then I have been doing matinence procedures and just buying aftermarket performance parts and doodling around with my engine bay etc.
What are some basic maintence procedures I should do before I go about hitting the streets.. I just bought this car and its a 92 si, with about 157k miles on it.

oil level, tire pressure, coolant level, brake and clutch fluid. check for any kind of leaks, alignment is important, make sure all lights works.
My oil level is good
I haven't even checked my brake and clutch fluid, if they are low can you recommend some good fluid I can get at a local store.
My alignment on my tires are decent, when I hit around 70 it starts to veer to the right a bit.
My headlights are dead, only 1 corner light work. But I have a new set of oem headlights and corner lights in the mail at the moment. No I won't replace the bulbs because they are cheap *** ebay chrome projectors which are very ugly.

just any dot 3 or 4 will be good, it would hurt to beeld them with new brake fluid. especially on higher mile used cars its important to change all fluids cuz you never know if the last person kept up on it
If you have access to a compression tester, maybe test your engine compression to make sure its in ok shape. Other than that, keep up on fluids n such and it will be good to you.
