I have been told you need special tools. Is this ture, if so what are they?
Car has rar disc brakes and they are both dragging left side is the worst. Any ideas?
Thanks

Bleed the brakes in the normal manner. The ABS is not in play unless there is a wheel lock up. As far as the brakes dragging; be sure the slider pins are lubed and working, beyond that the calipers might be sticking and need replaced.
And sometimes dragging brakes are caused by the pad's steel backing plates being wedged too tightly in the caliper bracket. Maybe corrosion has tightened up their fit?? Check that when you're in there checking the other stuff hondadude mentioned.
