haha, I actually had to replace the one that goes into the head underneath the dizzy yesterday. It goes back onto the firewall from there and it was a pain in the *** to get. how I did it was pull off some plugs, i think they were my vtec oil pressure and vtec solenoid, egr, and i think that's it.. the wires were ran in the way, ANYWAYS, i bent the heat shield for the exhaust up from the bottom so I coudl fit my hand up there a bit, and depending on how the metal clip on the hose is positioned, it can be easy or hard. find some needle nose vice grips and hope yoru hand is skinny to fit up there, grap the clip and lock the needle nose vice grips. slide your other hand up there so you can push the clip down the hose and wiggle it with the vice grips with the other. once you get the clip slid far enough down the hose, grab a long *** flathead and try to get a not so thick one. stick the screwdriver down to the hose from behind the throttle body and grab the tip with yoru other hand (reaching behind the intake manifold. best side to be on is leaning over the passenger side fender. get the flat head up againt the edge of the hose from the top and try to pry back a section of the hose. most likely it's stuck on the good but if you can get an angle on the hose use the corner of the flathead, once it pry's up a bit, spray som wd-40 on it and get a few more areas, then try spinning the hose aroudn the thing it's connected to and that shoudl loosen it up a little, wiggle the hole hose up and down and back and forth and it shoudl be almost off.
wow, i typed all that and real;ized nobody probably even needed me to type it.. i'm retarded today or something.. just look at the typos in that paragraph!

note, that drawing is NOT correct. i just replaced these hoses and had this same controversy. according to my car and my helms, the small hose goes to the bottom and the long hose goes to the top port.
i don't have my helms at school with me, but i can post a pic of it up here on the weekend. ( unless someone else wants to post it) it's in the heating/cooling section near the back.
just to let you know, do not yank to hard on the hoses when they don't come off. (most likely they won't). the easiest way is to cut them off carefully. also if you're there, replace that little grommet too. gettimg the new grommet in is hard, so put a little bit of soapy water on the edges.
