Default A/C issues

put a new compressor on my 89 accord and it still won't blow cold air. I've also noticed that the fan on the driver side isn't working either.

is this carbed or fuel injected?
Be sure the fuses are good (one in the under dash box and in the under hood box too)

it's carbed and I've checked the fuses and they're fine. the A/C light inside comes on. Could the driver side cooling fan be causing it not to work?

alright I'll see if it's the fan or something else causing it to act up.
