headlight bulbs?
Buy stock replacements. I use GE Nighthawks. Great output and they last hella long. All 96-00 Civic headlights use a single bulb that has dual filaments. High and low beams are concealed in the same bulb.
As far as size, they should be H4 bulbs unless you have JDM headlights which are H4H. If you have some sort of ricer headlight then I cant really help you.

Go for the GE Nighthawks. Theyre one of the brightest stock replacement bulbs and theyre only about $20. You can get them at Wal-Mart and probably most auto parts stores.
