I know i've seen one del sol on here that had the Poly Urethane Wing West lip on his 96-97 del sol bumper. I spoke w/ him but my dumb *** didn't catch his name on here. Does anyone have any pics and or any pointers on putting this lip on? I know he said he had to do a little cutting along w/ using a heat gun to help bend it some...
thanks

I don't believe you have spoke with me about it, but I did put it on my 96-97 bumper. To put mine on, I cut the backside of the vents enough to let the "corners" of the lip bend with the bumper because its more round than the eg bumper. Then all I did was use a heatgun to form the lip better and put some screws in(from the underside of course). Pretty much just cut, check, cut, heat it up, throw some screws in. It's not very hard to do.
Here's some pics of my car with the lip

You were the guy I spoke w/... Where exactly did you screw it from the bottom? In the middle of the bumper cause' I can't think of any part that you can on the corners.. Sorry for all of the noob questions... I don't wanna expletive this up...
From a PM: "PA MATT: i put one in each of the vents(u might wanna put another if they dont hold), 1 in the wheel well, and probably 2 in the very middle
just put them in until u feel comfortable with its strength. Just put them in from the bottom sides where u wont see them. In the vent, its kinda hard to do...but just use an angle. try jacking the car up and puttin the screw into the top part of the vent into the bumper(confusing..but just do it from the back or however u can do it that its least visible.)"
Thanks for the info mang! When I get mine on i'll post some pics...
