yea i got a PR3 with Mugen clone program chip and vtec x-over @ 5k...i think his site is http://www.locashracing.com - very hapy with it...

He has done ECUs for me since like 1997. He's a good guy.
I've gotten Spoon copy program, Mugen , Skunk, XS B18B program, you name it.
Joe is a good guy.
Call him at (602)470-0065, and ask for him as "Joe" not "locash". LOL.
