What bumper is this?
I got a new del sol that I"m working on and was wondering what bumper is this?
From my research, I believe it is a "mugen" bumper?
Also, I have been told they only come in fiberglass?
Can anyone comfirm?
Thanks
Here are the pics:

How the hell do you do that? Was it an optional oem bumper or they add in the fog lights?
so it's not a mugen bumper?

Thank you.
So with that said, do they come drilled already or do these people drill holes themselves to install the foglights?
Any threads or DIYs?
Thanks again.

No, the fogs came with a template and you had to cut the bumper for install as with most Honda fog light installs. I would e-mail you instructions, but I don't have them anymore.

Cool.. It's pretty self explanitory. If you buy foglights for your car it will come with pretty decent instructions to do so. You just gotta take the bumper off and cut with a box cutter or electric saw tool. It's really quite simple.

the gold del sol is mine..and yes it is a jdm bumper..difference between usdm and jdm bumpers is that usdm bumpers have the side reflectors..as jdm bumpers dont..and it was also an option in japan to get the lower fog lights on the jdm 92-95 del sol..
I'm doing to do some research on USDM bumpers with lower fog lights. If someone has any info, please post them up.
Where can I find jdm bumpers with lower foglights?

The USDM cars were never offered w/ lower fogs. It was never an accessory. Every car there has JDM fogs installed. So you just need to find a JDM importer who sells the Del Sol fog kit and buy it and install it. That's as big a spoon as I can find.

ebay will have them once in a blue moon. EG fog lights will fit, but you will have the hardest time finding the rubber boot that goes on the bumper. GOod luck
Last one i saw went for 350 for the lights alone.

stock as stock can be

How does the black del sol above have the lower foglights and it's a USDM bumper (because of the side reflectors). So it is possible to add the foglights but I guess it's a PITA?

Ok, as already stated before. Most of, if not all, Honda fogs require bumper modification. i.e cutting. So it doesn't really matter if you have the USDM, JDM or whatever. You are going to be doing some hacking anyways. It's not a big deal. I used a dremel when installing my JDM fogs on my old car.
