5 lug conversion kits for Nissans:

http://www.peak-performance.ne...27/96/

http://optionsauto.com/products.asp?dept=6108

http://forums.nicoclub.com/zerothread/174698

These would be much simpler to install than going the ITR/CTR route. And they only cost about $550 for the full set front and rear.

it still comes out to the same price.

550 for the conversion
500 for rims
150 for rear disc(civic that comes with drums)

so why not just pick up a complete conversion

lol puny civic rotors in jdm itr 16" rims? bahaha...its not just about the 5 lug...its about a huge brake set-up, and if you have the ITR brakes, you can easily upgrade it to NSX/Legend sedan 2 piston calipers

theres WAY more of a demand for a nissan based one.

why? theres no performance benifit to do it on a honda. its only so you can say you have a JDM 5 lug y0!

but on a 240 for example, it allows you to properley fit wide wheels. you ever try finding a 4 lug 17x9 +15ish wheel? they dont exist. so basically you have to convert to 5 lug to get a proper sized wheel.

I'd rather see a 15-inch-wheel compatible, huge-caliper brake kit in four-lug. Maybe it's just me, but being able to stop so hard it causes abortions in my female passengers makes me feel all warm and fuzzy, whereas five-lug wheels do nothing for a Honda other than make it look more poser to .001% of the human population.

it does exist, wilwood makes one and fits under 14" wheels with a 4 piston caliper and 2 piece rotor

I disagree.. The 5-lug conversion would be an upgrade on my current brakes. So, it would increase my jdm stunner look and my braking power. Kthx bye.

Are you kidding me bro? 5 lug conversion kits don't waste my money, they give me MAD JDM POWER Y0 and I have 50extra whp b/c of that, and all the ladies want to be with me, and all the guys want to be me....5 LUG ALL THE WAY, HOMEZ..

Okay, seriously, I 100% agree with you. Not just a poser, a JDM emulation loser (yes, I said it). The majority of people who do 5 lugs on hondas do it for completely cosmetic reasons.

. ive never been a fan of 5 lug conversions unless it was to upgrade brakes. in which case there are other options.

He's not saying that, he's saying performance > aesthetics, and 5 lug conversion on a Honda is pure aesthetics.

the 5lug nissan conversion also upgrades brakes to skyline or z32 (300zx), or even s15 brakes...which are all better performing than the stock 240sx stuff. which is somewhat equivelant to a type r brake conversion on a civic.

you don't need 5 lug to have NSX calipers on a Honda.

Only reason I'd go 5 lug on an EG is to throw some MuthaFucken10'son there
