Default Jap import Accord SIR - engine firing problem

G'day!
Please someone help! My recently imported Accord SIR (engine F20B TYPE SIR 2L) is firing on three cylinders. I've had it hooked up to the computer and the oscillograph is showing that the fuel injection is constantly correcting for the octane number. I've since had it cleaned with ultrasound and flushed it with cleaning fluids but the problem persists.
Does anyone have any idea what's causing this?

Do you think it is a fuel problem or spark?

I do know on the few h22 swaps that I have done we have had issues with the ignitor in the distributor, I would give that a look any funny blue discoloring on it usualy means there is a problem and will cause misfireing.

Its OBD2 and its stock.

Check your plug gaps, cap, rotor, wires. Worst case - new distributor.

The Sir accord came out in 94 so it could be OBD 1.

F20B was obd2 or to my knowledge it was. As mentioned not gettin fuel or spark? If you can determine which that should eliminate a couple of problems.
