best advise before modding is do regular maintence on it. then think about what you want out of the car. then start modding.

first of all, sell the SRI and then buy a CAI.

Hydrolock FTL

Maybe he wants the SRI, like I do, because it rains alot there. And I for one do not feel like having to pay for another motor just yet.

First, congratulations on a beautiful car and color. Second, I like the INTEGRA name on the rear decklid - subtle, but nice. I like that "clean" look. Get to know your car in its stock format, with the stock wheels, tires, and suspension. If after doing so you still want to make changes, do a bit at a time. In other words, if you are going to change the wheels/tires, do just that. After getting to know how the new wheels/tires handle (compared to your stock ones), then you would move on to the next change, if that is what you wanted to do. Otherwise, your RSX, errr, I mean, INTEGRA looks great just the way you have it pictured.

First off it's a clean car, congrats. Plus it's the same color as mine so I'm really feelin it.
As far as intake some people will bicker all day about it but it comes down to personal preferance unless you are full on race, which brings me to my next point.

When it comes to modding it all depends on what direction you want to go with the car and what you want to finish with.
Do you want to go turbo? Supercharger? or are you an NA person like me. I want ITBs so i'm screwed as far as forced induciton goes, but I can live with that.
Is it going to be a DD and a looker with maybe a few weekend warior trips to the track you can go one way, or a dyno queen, or show car, or if it is going to be an every weekend track warior, there are a wide variety of parts and brands you need to be looking at depending on the application.
I'm doing auto cross on the weekends so I just shelled out a G for coilovers. Yes I could have spent 700 less and got springs, but I can't adjust ride hight, spring rate or bump dampning with just springs.
It all comes down to:
What do you plan to do with the car?

All in all sweet ride, hope you like it and from another DC5 owner to another good luck in any direction you take.

THANKS GUYS.
I THINK I'M GOING TO GO WITH THE BODY WORK FIRST, MAYBE A JDM LIP KIT AND MAYBE THE TYPE S EMBLEM ON THE RIGHT.
I'M BROKE AS HELL SO I HAVE TO BREAK IT INTO PARTS. BODY, HANDLING AND PERFORMANCE.

If it has the crap michelins on it, burn through them as fast as possible and get some real tires. Apart from that, drive it for a while then determine what you want to change. There is no "proper" upgrade path. After driving for a few months you'll know exactly what YOU want to change.
