Default brainfart q? about using an 88 si tranny in my 91 crx?

I know that a 88 si tranny has a different amount of splines on the input shaft and you need to use an 88' specific clutch kit; but, I can still use my 91' lightweight flywheel?

btw this is on a 95d16z6 w/ 91 si tranny in my 91 crx.

thanks.

if the fly wheel is thinner it can cause a high engagement point
