Default intake manifold how to clean oil

i just ripped apart my engine on my beater a 4d civic 1.5 cuz it was over heating and there was coolant in my oil on the valve cover and on the bottom oil pan(mixed with oil . im replacing the head gasket .I sent the head to get a shaving and to see if it bent or cracked somewhere
One of my cylinders looks brand new no oil at all i mean brand new clean the others have carbon build up . when i took the intake manifod off and the fuel rai to get to the bottom middle screw of the manifold the intake was full of black stuff like oil and sludge .Does that have to be sparkly clean? or is it normal to have build up .
Im thinkin a bad pcv valve so thats gonna get replaced

Is there any way of cleaning the manifold without sending it somewhere?

With whatr can i clean the injectors with , does it have a screen on them to clean or something? cuz there whe kinda dirty where they go in not the tip

im a newbee at cars learning with you guys as a matter of fact

any help would be apreciated in any of my questions

you can clean the manifold with brake cleaner. It works pretty good. It's not the worst thing in the world to have it dirty but clean is always better

and the injectors... i dunno

if you have had coolant in your oil SELL THE CAR damage to your engine has already been done nothing but a complete tear-down and rebuild will help it

That is the dumbest **** I've ever heard.
Don't listen to him.
Yes, your headgasket blew. It could have been a bad gasket out of the box. Could have just gone over time. If you were letting the temp gauge peg out, yeah, you need to have everything milled. But once the mating surfaces are planed, you're normally good.
If you have a ton of miles, you could spend some time, hone the block, re-ring it, and throw in some new bearings. But the block is not beyond it's usefull lifespan.
