I have a 99 civic ex and a bodykit thats label "96+"..the place i bought it from told me that it will fit...but i heard from some people that 96-98 are a little bit different from the 99-00....is that so?

 

depends on if your body kit is a bumper replacement or if it is only a skirt. 96-98 Civic's have a different headlight than 99-00 so thus the headlight, front fender, front bumper, grill, hood are all different..

its the whole kit..a blackwidow kit to be exact =\

 

you'll have to call the place you bought the kit... cause 96-98 would have a different (i think smaller) headlight...

if you have a 96-98 and the kit is for 99-00, the only thing that will fit will be the side skirts and the rear bumper..you should call to make sure what you ordered/bought is correct..
