I have a 88 crx si with full WW kit. The car is primer black right now. I wanna paint it silver but what I am wondering about is the polyurethane kit. I heard that these kits is that they expand and contract in the heat and crack the paint. I have seen mulitple ww kit's with the paint crackin and fallin off. I was wonderin if there is a certain kinda paint I need or some sort of prep work that I have to do to keep it from doing this. Thanks in advance.

you need to use a flex agent additive.

 

Can you mix that additive into the paint for the whole car or only use the additive on the kit??
