intake manifold

after intake headers and exhaust a is new intake manifold worth the money or should it be spend on something else

depending on the setup .... cams would be next IMO along with a dyno tune of course

Like Chris said cams and Dyno tune. I would go with a nice dyno tune first and drive that around and see in what areas you would like to improve your setup.
