d16y7/y8 head gasket which one?

which one would i use?

car is turbo if that matters.

I'd use the y8, because it's metal. BUT I don't know if the y7 one is metal too.

If they're both metal it doesn't really matter. I hope you have head studs.

yup arp head gasket blew for some reason and its only been 900 miles...well not blew but there is a leak in cylinder 1 i think.

why do you think there is a leak? If you're losing compression it might not be from the head gasket. It could be a valve.

well compression test yeilded me a 220-240-230-240 which was weird since this was a 9:1 set up.

also on start up i burn a lil bit of coolant. cloud of somke sometimes.
