Well wow... it was a heck of a race. Capirossi looks like he's riding better then ever as well as the bike just working perfectly. Rossi just couldn't keep up. Hayden had a poor start and was stuck behind Elias for what seemed to be an eternity. Once he got around he closed the gap to Stoner, Nakano, and Gibernau who were in the group ahead of him but it didn't seem like enough. He caught 2 breaks though with Stoner making a mistake and dropping then Nakano wrecked out with 1 lap to go while trying to pass Gibernau. Frankly he should've had the pass but Gibernau cut him off hardcore and Nakano high sided and almost took out Gibernau as well. Stoner ended up losing the front again. It's real odd how he keeps low-siding. He runs michelins and it's the rc211v. I guess it's not setup properly or something. I dunno. Pedrosa secured rookie of the year today as well. Last few races are going to be nail biters that's for sure.

-Hayden didn't close the gap much, he was still a second back of the nakano-gibernau battle.
-Nakano was no where near making that pass, he tried to stick his nose in and cause Gibernau to run wide. Gibernau held his line like a good racer should and Nakano locked the front to avoid torpedoing him. No highside but it was close to ******* up Valentino's hopes at a title.
-Stoner lost the front because he was a little too aggressive with the trail braking on turn in, nothing to do with his tires or his bike setup, just a rider mistake.
As long as Rossi's bike doesn't pop he'll win the title

Its the same mistake Stoner made at Laguna and Dani has done it too. Both of them load up the front a bit too much on the brakes sometimes. Just something they'll have to adjust to.
I wanna know what has happened to Pedrosa? I guess the injury is still bothering because damn, he was second in the championship, now he's fifth

There has to be something up with him but I'm not so sure if it's the injury because he rode well right after it happened but went to **** the last two weekends.
I know it's the knee that he cut open and I think he also broke something on the other leg? I hate him anyway so I don't really care that much

It's gonna be real close at the finish, and for the people who didn't think that the unenforced penalty for Rossi isn't going to matter...it's totally going to have a bearing on the championship if nicky limps home in the home stretch!

I'm talking when he initially passed Elias. He was like 3-4 seconds back. Once he got around him he caught up to Stoner who was about a half second down from Nakano. Stoner made a mistake and then Hayden at the closest was about .75 seconds back. That gap however he just couldn't close

for Akiyoshi for not coming in last.
Rossi is in a good spot, the pressure is all on Hayden.
edit: just watched the Hayden interview, oh yeah he's worried. lol. Watched Nakano's interview as well, first time I've heard him in Japanese; very well spoken guy.
