(10:04 PM 9/26/2006) bluebird: Ill pick it up on saturday
(12:16 AM 9/27/2006) Justa_Old_DC2: will do. call me
(4:25 PM 9/29/2006) Justa_Old_DC2: still on for the pick up tomorrow?
(5:47 PM 9/29/2006) bluebird: yup...
(9:35 PM 9/29/2006) Justa_Old_DC2: alrighjt give me a call
(7:36 AM 9/30/2006) Justa_Old_DC2: what time did you have in mind?
(6:22 PM 9/30/2006) Justa_Old_DC2: hey, i dont know what went wrong. It was working perfectly when i took it off. The valve opened and closed just like it should have. There was absolutely nothing wrong with that BOV, the only reason i got rid of it was to change the sound of my BOV. If that BOV was as loud as it was at 7 lbs as much as it was at 15 lb's i would have kept it. Im no scammer, check my feedback on TI http://www.team-integra.net/se...ger77 I also have positive feedback on ebay. I never sell stuff thats broken.
(9:04 PM 9/30/2006) bluebird: Im not calling you a scammer. I simply want the bov to work man. I have a perfectly working blitz on there now I just wanted yours because it is a newer model. I mean if it does not work then a refund is in order do you not agree?
(9:23 PM 9/30/2006) Justa_Old_DC2: thats the thing, the BOV was working perfectly before I gave it to you. There was nothing wrong with it before i took it off my car.
(9:40 PM 9/30/2006) bluebird: All I did was come home. Unbolt the other bov. Bolt yours up and add the vaccum feed. Its pretty simple process . Are you saying I dont know how to install a simple bov? Ive done it plenty of times. You are welcome to come and inspect if you wish , but I am telling you based on what I see.
(9:41 PM 9/30/2006) bluebird: Its not like Im telling you about it 10 days or so after the fact. This is the same day
(9:45 PM 9/30/2006) Justa_Old_DC2: Im pretty sure you know how to install a BOV, what I'm saying is I sold you a 100% fully functional item. If there was anything wrong it it in the first place, then i would have never sold it to anyone. I do not do business that way.
(9:52 PM 9/30/2006) bluebird: Im sure you dont... Ill try tomorrow to see if I can get it to work. But if it does not work what next?
(8:54 AM 10/1/2006) Justa_Old_DC2: well, im not sure whats next after that. From my point of view, you have to understand, I took out a perfectly working BOV and sold it yo you knowing it was working in the first place, and If I refund you, then I get stuck with what was a working BOV when I gave it to you, to what you claim is a non-working BOV. I understand it from your point of view that you as the buyer, want a working item, which is exactly what I sold you. I have never once had a complaint about ANY of the items that I've ever sold to anyone. If that BOv didn't work in the first place, i would have NEVER sold to anyone. I have never scammed anyone with misleading items nor have I ever neglected to describe a problem with that item. The only reason I have a problem refunding you money is because I sold you a working item. If i was in the wrong, you would have never seen that BOV for sale, thats not how i conduct business. If I refund you, I'm left with a BOv that was working prior to handing it to you, to a BOv that you claim is broken.
(2:03 PM 10/1/2006) bluebird: So what are you trying to say? Its my fault the bov no longer works? I have tried again and the thing just does not open. So I think a refund is in order. I dont think you see my point. I did not take a long *** drive to pomona so I can mess up your bov . I took a long *** drive to pomona to purchase something that works. If the bov worked you would not be hearing from me. I dont work that way. I would love for it to just plug in and work . I would be a happy man. But its not working. plain and simple.
(2:39 PM 10/1/2006) Justa_Old_DC2: All I an say is check the nut and the allen bolt screw at the top and check the vacum lines again. I promised you a working BOV, which is what I sold you, my roomates will verify that it was working that morning as well because they rode with me while running my errands. Why it doesnt function on your car is beyond me but i know that that BOV is working.
(2:48 PM 10/1/2006) bluebird: I did. I set it at its softest and it is still not opening up. I am becoming quite aggrevated with it. If you want to come over and see for yourself you are welcome to it. Shat do your roomates have to do with the deal? Im speaking of what is on my car right now and its installed. I am running a Sr20det if you are curious in any way.
(2:57 PM 10/1/2006) Justa_Old_DC2: let me call my buddy, hes a mechanic who owns his own shop and knows more about nissan engines than i do. Hes not open until monday but ill try to find out any info I can. I have no more mins on my phone right now so i have to use my work phone. But I'll get back to you with PM as far as what elese you can check. That BOV is working, I just have a hunch you connected something up wrong or you missed a connection somewhere.
(3:06 PM 10/1/2006) bluebird: What connections? there is only one vaccum feed and two bolts? Talk to your buddy and get back to me on monday
(1:32 PM 10/2/2006) Justa_Old_DC2: he said your vacum line is the problem. Hes the one who put that BOV on my car so he would know, and he said theres no reason why it should have stopped working out of the blue. He said if it worked on my car and I gave it to you working, then you made an error somewhere in putting it on if its not working for you. He told me to tell you to check your vacum lines again.
(1:34 PM 10/2/2006) bluebird: I only have one vaccum line running to the bov. answer this question. If my old Blitz is working with the exact same vaccum source why is mine opening and yours is not? My hks ssqv opens up. Why not yours?
(2:34 PM 10/2/2006) Justa_Old_DC2: no idea, but i know that the BOV I gave you works. i was able to use it the day you picked it up. I never had problems with that BOV.

hey none of my business w' ur thread and all but maybe its just stuck. i had a bov that didn't open and i sprayed some teflon based lubricant and it opened up after enough pressure.
gl tho!
gl tho!
Already told you how I felt about it, go ahead and post the conversation for everyone to see. I told you I sold you a working BOV, I never sell busted items, never have and never will. Keep bumping this thread if you want, but thats end of story, bottom line is I sold you a WORKING BOV. Call me scammer, liar, and whatever else you want, I know what I sold you, and If I tried to scam you I wouldnt have responded back to you after selling you what you claim is a "broken" BOV.
You are the lamest of the ******* lame. Gtfo with that bullshit. You are lucky I dont just get off my *** and go Beat the **** out of you. But I know your bitch *** would probably just call the cops and be a little bitch... whatever
