I need some advice please!
I have a 93 Honda Accord, 143K miles. I have maintained this car but I seem to have a lot of trouble with it. It has been running roughly, idling rough. I recently replaced the clutch, and the rear motor mount. I tested it to make sure the other engine mounts were not bad and that the engine didn't move. I replaced the valve gasket because I pulled out my spark plug wires and they had oil on them, so I replaced spark plugs, cleaned up wires and yet it still runs very rough. I thought maybe that was why it was running and idling so rough. I took it to car wash today, washed it noticed one tire was low took it to put air in tire and when I went to start car it would not start. I sat for 5-10 minutes and then it started up. Can someone tell me what the heck is wrong with my Honda? I have tried everything I can think of.....I have run out of ideas.
While it is idling tach will spike a little but not drastically. it's just a real rough idle. Today was the first time it would not start. I replaced the distributor a year ago because it would shut off while driving. I feel like every time I turn around it's something else. I always heard Honda was a great car, mine sure sure doesn't seem to be. What all should I check and can I do it myself or will I have to take it to a garage?
I'll give you $200 for the car and then your problems will go away LOL.
The running rough and tach bounce could be the ignitor or the coil going bad.
Honda plug wires usually last about 10 years, so they might be shorting the spark to ground.
The no start problem might be the above mentioned or the main relay has bad solder points.

No 200 bucks won't do it...... I've probably put about 3k into it just over the last year. Thanks for the advice, I will check all them out. If you guys can think of anything else let me know.
Did you check the spark plug tubes again? If the oil gets high enough in the tube it will short the plug out. This will make the engine misfire. I have posted a link below, if the oil is back.

I did replace the valve cover and spark plug seals, nope the oil is not back, wires look fine. I did not replace the distributor cap and rotor, could that be my problem?

Wires that look fine do not mean that they are fine. If you haven't replaced them, I would, along with the rotor and cap. Oil in the tubes will impregnate the rubber insulator, and even after you fix the tube seals it can cause the spark to ground out.
