I am in the market of looking for a used 99-00 4-door. I really wanted white but I can't find any; and the only ones left are a bunch of silver, and some black, red, and blue. So which color you guys like?

I've seen some EG in red and the color faded pretty bad, so that's one reason why I am staying from it in the EK, should there be reason that I shouldn't?

 

Get whichever color you like the best. I love black, but it is a pain to keep clean, and I don't even live on a dirt road anymore.

As far as fading paint, naturally an eg will more likely be more faded that an ek since it is older. But the condition of the paint is mainly a function of how well it is taken care of, as well as location and whether or not the car is harbored from the weather.
