But to awnser your question, all you have to do is rewire the foglight main power wire to an individual switch. Just remember to put a fuse on it.

its a 2 step process

1) take off capslock - i now cannot use a capitol letter in this thread because you already used too many

2)what phone jack looking plug did you plug the fog lights into under the dash? i think different ones do different things.

my fogs work when my parking lights are on, regardless of if my headlights are on.

take the two positive from the fog lights and run it to a switch (where you can buy at a auto store for a few bucks). and from the switch to a positive somewhere in your car. behind the radio, under the steering column. hope that helps

Mine come on when I have just parking lights.

Try moving the plug in slot #4 (Option 19) to slot #1 (Batt).

Why don't you try to use my method? I'm sure it will work. It's very logical that it would.

Generally everywhere else, as well as having them on with high beams.

People for some reason thing that fog lights are meant to 'throw more light out there' at night to see better. That is not their purpose, they are meant to help you see through fog.

Cheers.

that law doesnt make sense to me.... in heavy fog or heavy snow i see best with the foglights and parking lights on only. headlights of any kinda make everything too bright.

Find the power wire and wire it to a power source such as the battery or one of those accessory outlets on your underdash fuse box.

dude the factory fogs run into that same option. if you look at the underdash panel it should still plug in right there.

Ok, let me tell you again. Factory fogs are wired to the accessory slots on the fusebox. Move the the wire from the 4th position to the 1st position.

no, the 1st position on the left will be hot at all times, so will the 2nd, stock placement is in the 4th position to come on with the lights, either parking or low/high beams, then the 3rd and 5th spots are hot in RUN, so you turn the car on and the fogs come on, if the switch is on

Those are other options. I thought he wanted them to come one whenever he wished.

If you need to pay someone $100 to move a wire maybe you should invest in a new hobby
