Nice. You got an EX, so it has VTEC, A rear sway, and the upgraded cluster.
Any aftermarket radio will fit, but you will need a new wiring harness connector, and a dash kit. But an iPod will not work with the OEM unit unless you use a car kit of some kind. I know they make an FM transmitter for the iPod, if you want to go that route.
Your options are pretty much wide open.
But anyways, congratulations on the new car, take care of it, and keep it to YOUR standards.
Anytime you have a question, just search and then ask. We have several knowledgeable people here willing to help. I usually try to help as much as I can in my limited scope of knowledge, but that is irrelevant.
Again, congrats, and welcome to the EM2.

Grrr.... Well that's about as angry as I get.
Anyways, great looking EM2 there bud.
I'd recommend getting an RF modulator for your iPod, but that all depends on if you want to compress/decompress audio. At this time, I do not know of an adapter to directly hook up your iPod to the radio unit, but I haven't really searched all that hard.

Nice car man...welcome to the EM2 fold.
Let the modifying begin! (This coming from an English upstart with a totally standard Civic,
lol)
On the colour thing, it seems that whatever colour people own seems to be their favourite colour. My fave is SSM.

I have seen quite a few people using PIE connectors to hook the Ipod to the stock deck. Something similar to http://www.logjamelectronics.c....html

Only logical option, is the K-series. (Don't ask about B, H, or older D series. The answer is no.)

What is a k-series?
It was the series of motors found in the 02-05 Civic Si's, the RSX Type S, The new accords, CRV's, Elements, and TSX's. It is a 2.0L (K20) or a 2.4 L (K24).

I'm not going to get into what you "could" do, because technically you "could" swap in most any engine. I mentioned that there's only one real "logical" solution, and you know that.
