1st Problem: 3rd Gear

-Most likely your synchros

2nd Problem: Reverse Gear

-At idle, put it into 1st Gear, move to 2nd, then into reverse. It stops the synchros.

If it was your fork, then most likely, you'd be locked out of all gears. I'm guessing it's your synchros. You don't seem to know a whole lot about how a transmission works, or how to work on one. My sugguestion to you is to buy a used tranny from the classifieds, and then sell your old tranny to someone willing to rebuild it.

Another good idea might be to buy a new tranny, and once you have your old one out, crack it open, and fix it. I did that in my bathroom I cracked open a 6th gen tranny and did an ISB swap, took everything apart, put it all back together like a puzzle. I learned a LOT.

Order? Dude, if you order a transmission from honda, you're going to pay like $1500. Do yourself a favor, and buy an B16A or B18C transmission locally through the classifieds. You shouldn't pay more than $500.
