Default Is it possible to install the full set of tail lights?

I searched the FAQ and used the search engine but found nothing. Anyway, if you notice some CD5's have only a pair of tail lights on the side. Is it possible to install the tail lights on the trunk without having to weld or shave off anything?

No. The difference is explained in the accord guide I believe. It is that the 94-95 had only the outer lights and the 96-97 had lights on the trunk lid as well.

That's correct, also the trunk lid is different, and the 1/4 panels from 94-95 don't align perfectly to 96-97 1/4 panels.
That means, you could fit a 94/95 tail light on a 96/97 accord, and even get the trunk lid from a 94/95 accord, but the trunk lid won't align perfectly (on the edges) to the 1/4 panels, in case you thought about doing that.... ....

Yeah... I was also thinking of taking the trunk lid from a 96-97 accord then put it in the 95-96... darn. Any other ideas?

Body work, or.... cutting the edges of a 1/4 panel of a 94/95 and welding it to the 96/97.... which isn't worth the amount of work. If you are so crazy for the idea, just go with body work or leave it alone.....

body work.... maybe 4 to 7 hours of labor (depends the mood of the estimator....) to have it done. Cutting 1/4 panels and such would be a 12 to 15 hour job, plus labor to remove and reinstall rear window.
High end shops average a 70 to 100 dollars hour labor..... at my shop will work at 35 dollars per hour.

translation...

12-15 hours labor X 35-70 dollars an hour= not worth it

best case scenario= 410 dollars min..

worst case scenario= 1050 dollars max
