i am pretty sure that they use the 3rd v tec cam lobe all the time so there is no "engagement" of vtec...that way ur car is basically running on vtec constantly...

that's exactly what they do. they get rid of the vtec solenoid so there is no engagement and vtec is basically on all the time.

simply vtec-like agressive cam without the lobe switch...powerband starts sooner, it doesnt rob you of prescious oil pressure and it lets you remove vtec components from the valvetrain reducing its overall mass and friction...but its definately NOT for a DD car

How would vtec engage if you disconnect it?

Aggressive all motor cams and forced induction don't mix. Too much overlap.

the wires need to be connected for vtec to work. and when you go turbo, why would you want to disconnect the turbo? keep it on and get the best of both worlds!

Lol, that's 808's car. Local shop FTW. It ran 12's all motor before those cams too... The C/R is so high he has to run open header now. Ridiculous car. I had the honor of pushing it one time....

Pardon my ignorance, but what does the C/R have to do with running an open exhaust???

so since these are vtec all the time is it possible to use them in a non-vtec head?

with some valve train upgrades?

They require that you also buy the Toda Rocker Assembly as well.

Why bother. Find another aggressive cam designed for your motor.

To answer your question, no.

when you buy the killercams, TODA recommends you buy the rest of the valvetrain as well (i believe rocker arms too). due to how the vtec head is made versus the non-vtec head. you can correct me if i'm wrong but vtec valvetrains are not interchangable with non-vtec.
