Default B16 questions

Just got a 90 CRX with a B16 motor, I have a few questions. I know a little about cars, but not too much about imports.
What tranny do I have and what do I tell the parts house I need an axle for?

Why does it rev to 3000rpms when you first crank it, stays there till it warms up?

It has an Air/Fuel gauge in it and its reading rich. All the plugs look good. The guy I got the car from said it had injectors from a different motor. Is there any way to tell what injecters are in it? Is there something else causing it to be rich?

As far as your tranny it should be labeled. You should either use a 89 integra (shorter) or 90-91 integra(longer) axles. Thats all depending on what tranny you have.

Those air/fuel gauges are junk. You cant go by that cause its only reading from a narrowband O2 sensor. The only way to find out if you running rich or not is to use a wideband O2. To my knowledge you cant really identify what motor the injectors are from.

The high idle should be around 1700--2000rpm. 3000 is way too high. You may have an issue with the FITV. This article details the process on how to diagnose a bad idle.

Thanks for the help

The transmission has a label that reads A1 1025889. Does that tell what it is?

Also, the speedometer reads about 15 mph too slow. If is says 35 your doing about 50. What causes that?
