Default need some advise on 94 accord ex

Hey whats up everyone. Just got a hand me down 94 accord ex from my bro. The car itself is in good shape with the exception of a really screwed up engine and trans (Due to my brother getting screwed by a local shop). He went the rebuild route and 10k later...poof. Anyways heres my question? I have decided to go the route of an H22a and trans(automatic...the car is for my girlfriend and that is what is in the car now). Have found pricing around $1,500 for JDM engine, trans and ECU. My initial invest will be only $5k. How much have you all paid for install and dyno of one of these engines and what would be the best additional mods i could get for my $5k. I have been working on and around cars for over 20 years but do not have a second set of capable hands to help with the swap so i will need a shop to do just the swap only. Anyone with some advise please chime in. I would like to hear any and all advise.

the swap can be done by one person...and it would be alot cheaper than 5k.

Agreed. Honda motor swaps are easy breezy. Just ask a neighbor for a "quick hand with something". You guys can enjoy a good laugh 8 hours later when everything is in and bolted up.
