Hey guys, I have a dark green 96 Accord EX with stock wheels right now.. and I'm looking to buy a set of new rims for it but I can't think of any good colors that would match the green exterior.. any suggestions on the rim and color? I was looking at white rota slipstreams but they only look good with a white exterior.. IMO (and a paint job is too expensive). thanks

I think matte black is SO played out. Why make your car look like you're using the steelies from the spare tire?

If you want your car to look nice, get some wheels either brushed aluminum finish, or painted silver or a nice gunmetal silver. Not ugly black - and especially not that fugly matte black.

 

I have a green CD7 and I have had silver and bronze rims on it...IMO, they both looked great. But if you go black, tint your windows to match.

 

i don't think black looks good with that color. white, polished, silver, or bronze would be best imo.

 

What is it with green cars needing wheel color suggestions?

Silver or bronze here. Look in the a/c forum for ideas.
