Front wheel bearings going bad...time to upgrade?

My front wheel bearings are starting to go bad and driving me nuts. I will need new rotors and pads soon too. With 245K on the clock the brake lines and calipers are looking tired. Thinking about upgrading the brakes/hubs. Any ideas? cost?
