Default complete h22a motor in an Si?

I have a friend who just wrecked his prelude and has a h22a motor in it hes basically giving to me..... Its just the block and head and ECU....... Is this compatible with the h23 tranny? What all other parts will need replaced if I swap this out.... please help.... I'm using a Jasper Racing Remanufactured h23 right now and it "supposably" was bored out 50 over and had some head work....Only has 18k miles on it.... http://www.jasperengines.com/import-eng.htm thats basically all I know of it..... Should I keep this and try to Vtec it or just swap for an H22?
