Default Will this throw codes?

Hi, I live in upstate NY. OBDII cars need to be code free to pass inspection (no smog tests). I was wondering if this setup will throw codes. It prolly will because its high compression. But I would like to know for sure. http://hondaswap.com/general-t...1401/
Thank you

If you use all the emissions equiptment it should pass the OBDII part, But with the increase in compression and the cam 's, the emissions out the tailpipe might be a little high. You might be able to get it through with a stock replacement cat in great shape and a good tune. I'm a CA smogtech, I don't know the req's of NY. That is, what motors can go in what cars out there, and what tests are performed.
